Dave & Buster's Dallas

It was a great experience, people were very nice the food was pretty good should try the spinach dip and the wings. We had a fish & chip platter delishes. The games were so much fun and I ordered a chilton. It was a wonderful vibe all around. Would recommend for a kids party.

These people are AWESOME! The food was OUTSTANDING and service second to none. We both had the Cajun Shrimp Pasta and I had the same with sausage and they were super delicious. As a started we had the Spinach and Cheese dip. WOW! TASTY! Then comes the desert. OH YEAH! Girlfriend had the Bananas Foster Pie which was out of this world and mine, well it was the Brookie Sundae Tower for which it was the BOMB DIGGITY DOG BOMB! Then there's our dilemma, we arrived around 6 PM wanting to eat and watch the fights. Problem is the storm got worst and they were closing and we couldn't get a ride. Lyft and Uber stood us up and the cab company wasn't going to make it for another 20 minutes so we stood between the front doors freezing while trying to find a ride. Then the greatest manager of all time shows up and tells us to wait inside. He even gave us chairs to sit on while we waited. Alex the manager told us he's not gonna let us stay outside in those conditions. WOW! And in less then 10 minutes our ride showed up. Thank you Alex and our 2 servers. You guys are the very best of the best.

I visited Dave & Buster’s recently with my son, who is about to turn four, and our experience was fantastic from start to finish. We went on a Tuesday expecting it to be less crowded so we could take our time exploring, and while it wasn’t packed, we were still treated like VIPs. My son was mesmerized by all the high-quality video games and had a blast playing. Afterward, I got him some ice cream, and the staff went above and beyond by surprising him with a big inflatable cat, which made his day even more special. Dave & Buster’s truly is a hidden gem. I had no idea how much they offer beyond the arcade. It’s an amazing spot to watch sports with tons of TVs, a pickleball practice area, a light arena for group games, shuffleboard, darts, a shooting-style game area, and an incredible selection of prizes for kids. Whether you’re there for drinks, games, or just family fun, the atmosphere is perfect for both adults and children. I also had the pleasure of meeting Casey, who I believe is the store manager, and Matt, who was our waiter/bartender. They were both incredibly kind and genuinely made my son’s early fourth birthday celebration a wonderful experience. Overall, this was an outstanding time, and we’ll definitely be back!

I had the most amazing Dave & Buster’s in Dallas this place is freaking awesome. Our server. Ronnie was an absolutely amazing hit all the points. I loved it the managers Casey and Hannah man they made us feel This place is awesome. Go ahead and my daughter got the first Stranger Things in the winter circle so that’s awesome. She’s so happy.

The wait staff is always accommodating. They could have a huge birthday party and still give our table the same attention. Great food.. Fun atmosphere. Diverse menu options. The fish and chips are a great choice.

My wife treated me to a night out for my birthday, our first stop was a Dave and Buster’s, we had a great time! The atmosphere was fun, the games were in great shape, and the food was really good. A special shoutout to the manager, Hector, who was awesome. He was attentive, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests. We’ll definitely be back!

On Behalf of Make-A-Wish: We recently had the incredible opportunity to host a wish sendoff celebration at Dave & Buster's, and I truly cannot say enough about the experience. From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make our wish family feel celebrated, loved, and completely taken care of. Our server, Destiny, was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive, kind, and always one step ahead of anything we might need. She made sure the entire family felt comfortable and special throughout the evening. The manager, Casey, was equally outstanding. He was constantly checking in, bringing additional surprises, and making sure our wish child felt like the guest of honor every moment of the night. Dave & Buster’s generously provided dinner and dessert, game cards for the entire family, a huge gift basket filled with prizes, and even time in the human claw machine, which was such a highlight! Every detail was handled with care and genuine enthusiasm. Words truly cannot describe how incredible this experience was. Our wish family left feeling overwhelmed with gratitude and so deeply loved. We are beyond thankful to Dave & Buster’s and their amazing team for creating such a joyful and memorable sendoff!

I brought my partner here with our kids and I wasn’t feeling well but what I enjoyed was the food and the big tv. I watched the Mexico soccer game. I enjoyed the service Robert my server gave. Casey the manger even came over to check on our table. I loved seeing my kids have fun and when one of the games wasn’t working the service team fixed it and reset the game so my kids could play again. The food was good very enjoyable. I recommend the wings. My partner had drinks which was recommended by Robert the Mexican candy shot was great taste just like a Mexican mango sucker.
